Customers expect their equipment to be serviced on time, and to be kept properly informed so that, where necessary, they are then able to budget accordingly for any future additional expense.

Our uniquely developed Maintenance Database ensures that all of our servicing obligations are fulfilled on time, every time.

The Database is part of our Quality Management system and ensures that all customers, regardless of the type and size of the contract, receive up-to-date accurate reporting on the condition of their fire safety equipment following each service.

Our system holds up-to-date records of all customer, site, contract and equipment information to ensure Maintenance Certificates and inventory information can be promptly issued following service.

Unless we have a pre-arranged agreement, a quotation for any items requiring replacement or modification is forwarded for the customer’s attention. This enables our system to be totally transparent, and the customer is always kept informed.
